Registration Fee

The Early Bird Registration Fee is €1300.00 (Euros) plus VAT @ 19% (€247.00) per person for registrations completed by November 6, 2007. Following November 6, the registration fee will be €1500.00 (Euros) plus VAT @ 19% (€285.00). Registration covers the conference documentation and all scheduled meals as shown in the conference program

Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation penalty deadline: 5:00pm GMT, Monday 12 November 2007

We are only able to offer full refunds of the registration fee, less an administration charge of 350 for cancellations received in writing before 5:00pm GMT on Monday 12 November 2007. Cancellations received after this date and time are liable for the full payment of the registration fee.The registration fee not only covers the organisers costs, but also expenses which will have been incurred from the hotel after this date for confirmed services.
