How to make a hotel reservation

Under the accommodation section of your conference registration you will find the hotel reservation booking form in a pdf format. This already has all necessary group booking codes applied. You will need to print this form off, fill out your requirements and fax back to the Four Seasons reservations team - the number is supplied at the top of the form. They will then complete your booking and return the form to you with your reservation number. From then on, your booking is confirmed in the system and any further changes to your accommodation requirements need to done directly via the hotel.

The nearest airport to the Four Seasons Hotel is Prague International Airport Ruzyne.

By taxi
Taxis are available at the airport. The approximate fare is CZK 700-800 (Czech Crowns) for a single trip. The journey time is approx 40 minutes.

By Limousine
The hotel concierge can pre-book a limousine to meet you at the airport. The cost of the limousine service is CZK 1910 (Czech Crowns) for a single journey or CZK 3500 (Czech Crowns) for a return journey.
